    Promotion comes from God. How does it come from God? God tell you? God give you a badge or significant item as an authority to lead?

    Well, i might have made mistakes in my life, but i've repented and i should get a chance isn't it? Even the prisoners get a chance in the yellow ribbon project? I'm fine with how thing goes. I'm looking at the bigger picture. One thing, show me that i'm really ineffective. I'm not comparing, but come on, give your best shot and show me choices made are right.

    Show me some respect. I'm OPEN to changes. at the very least, letting me know about the whole situation would be good. I'm so lost with how things go. I'm thrown to the backyard without knowing a single thing of what the arrangements are.
