    people will follow, listen when they have respect for you. how respect is earn is not being harsh, it's convincing and convicting those people. i'm not just talking about pos. i felt wrong with someone who have increase in their status but talk to you in a different tone or way. well, i'm not in any position to say anything too. i guess we both parties meant well.

    Those who humble themselves will be exalted and those who exalted themselves will be humbled.

    Real different from all the past ones,
    past ones are of a kind, you are not.
    It's difficult to guess it, but it's exciting.
    Just different, real different. it's just the word to use.
