    Im seriously so frustrated by the stupid Immigration Checkpoints Authority. I seriously don't understand the fact that why is their management that lousy. I went to the ICA building to collect my passport today and guess what, they say i have to pay for it when i have already made my payment 2months ago. i seriously don't understand why they can just send u a standard card to tell you that u can collect your passport bearing both statement, "Pay by Nets when collected passport" and font 3 times the size saying "Passport not collected within 3 months of application will be cancelled and no refund of the passport fee will be given" Isnt this really stupid when i tot i have paid for my passport because of the latter sentence and yet they expecting me to know that they didnt manage to deduct the amount from my account? While trying to explain, that officer just gave me this stupid attitude like come on you stupid fool, don't you know how to read the card? I tell you she totally waste my time and my effort to go down just to go and get myself frustrated overt this matter. But i just cannot take the fact that they actually didnt inform me. arghhh shucks this is so irresponsible and i seriously don't know what their customer service department is doing. are they dreaming? gosh.
